Fleet Boss · For corporate fleets

Every vehicle. Every driver. One view.

Fleet Boss is built for the fleet manager who needs to know where the fuel went, how the drivers are driving, and whether each vehicle is safe, serviced and on the record.

Everything Fleet Boss covers.

Maintenance and vehicle records already run on the UrDrive network. The monitoring, safety and control tools are in development, and we are shaping them with the fleets that talk to us first. No dates are promised here, and some of these tools will need hardware fitted to the vehicle.

See the whole fleet.

Where every vehicle is, how it is being used, and what it is costing you.

In development

Live tracking, dashboard and reports.

One dashboard for the whole fleet: where each vehicle is, whether it is moving, idle or parked, and whether it is where it should be. Alerts and reports keep you informed without staring at a map.

  • Live vehicle tracking and fleet utilisation
  • Geofences, planned routes and speed alerts
  • Route planning, and a comparison with the route actually driven
  • Reports to download, dashboards shaped to your fleet, and a mobile app for the fleet manager
  • Integrations with the accounting and planning tools you already use

Fuel monitoring and management.

Fuel is one of a fleet's biggest costs and the easiest to lose track of. Fleet Boss is being built to show fuel use for every vehicle, and to flag the readings that do not look right.

  • Fuel use per vehicle, per day and per trip
  • Efficiency compared across vehicles
  • Unusual fill-ups and drops flagged for review

Know and coach your drivers.

Scores, voice alerts, messaging, and control over who drives and how fast.

In development

Driver scorecards and behaviour.

See how each driver actually drives. Events such as harsh braking, speeding and rapid acceleration feed a simple scorecard, so coaching starts from facts rather than hunches.

  • A score for every driver, tracked over time
  • Behaviour events tied to the driver and the trip
  • The same view for the whole fleet, ranked

In development

Voice alerts, hazard warnings and messaging.

Reach the driver while they are on the road. Spoken alerts for overspeeding and sharp turns, warnings about what is ahead, and a way for the driver and the fleet manager to exchange updates.

  • Voice alerts to the driver for overspeeding, sharp turns and more
  • Announcements for hazards ahead, such as narrow roads, bridges and school zones
  • Two-way communication between driver and fleet manager

Driver authentication and speed limiting.

Make sure only authorised people drive your vehicles, and that they stay within the speed you set.

  • Only an identified, authorised driver can start the vehicle
  • A maximum speed set for each vehicle
  • Every start attempt recorded against a driver

Keep people, vehicles and cargo safe.

Alerts, cameras, sensors and remote control for the moments that matter.

In development

Rollover alerts and monitoring.

When a vehicle tilts past a safe limit, the fleet manager should hear about it straight away, with enough context to act. It matters most for tippers and heavy vehicles working on uneven ground.

  • Tilt monitored against a safe limit
  • Alert to the fleet manager when it is passed
  • Driver, speed and location sent with the alert

In development

Accident, panic and anti-theft alerts.

When something goes wrong, the fleet manager should know in seconds, not hours. A possible accident or a driver's panic press raises an alert with the vehicle and its location.

  • Automatic alert when a possible accident is detected
  • A panic button the driver can press in an emergency
  • Alerts when a door opens or a vehicle moves when it should not
  • The fleet manager can call the driver straight from the alert

Video telematics.

Cameras on the road and in the cab give you evidence when it counts, and a way to review driving that numbers alone cannot show.

  • Road and in-cab video
  • Clips saved around events such as harsh braking or an impact
  • Evidence for incidents, insurance and coaching

In development

Vehicle immobilisation.

If a vehicle should not be moving, an authorised fleet manager can stop it from starting, remotely, and there is a record of who did it and why.

  • Limited to authorised fleet managers
  • A deliberate confirmation before anything happens
  • Every action recorded: who, when and why

Cargo door and tanker lid monitoring.

Protect what you are carrying. Know when a cargo door or tanker lid opens, and whether it happened where it should.

  • Alert when a cargo door opens outside a planned stop

Temperature monitoring.

For fresh and refrigerated loads, the temperature is the cargo. Fleet Boss is being built to watch it live and tell you the moment it leaves its range.

  • Live temperature for temperature-sensitive loads
  • An alert when the load leaves its safe range
  • A record of the trip for customers and compliance

Not every asset has a road to drive on. The same tools can extend to forklifts and other equipment working across one or more sites.

Keep every vehicle serviced and on the record.

Reminders, inventory and bookings with vetted mechanics, all in one history.

In development

Reminders, inventory and fleet administration.

The paperwork around a fleet, kept next to the vehicles: renewals you must not miss, the tyres and parts you hold, fault data from the vehicle itself, and the drivers, orders, suppliers and customers around the work.

  • Service and document renewal reminders, by date, distance or engine hours
  • Vehicle diagnostics to catch faults early
